The Wakefield St development was a restoration project. The existing home was passed on and replaced with five homes. There are four two-bedroom units, built in two duplexes along with a standalone one-bedroom home.

The original homeowner was living in her Mum’s home after she passed away. The home was cold, uninsulated and too large for the homeowner and she did not have the money to improve it. Homes for People purchased the property and one of the homes built was sold back to the homeowner so she could remain in her community.
