Homes for People is excited to be working alongside Palmerston North City Council to create homes for lower-income home owners who might otherwise struggling to purchase a home in our city.

Palmerston North City Council have agreed to sell a number of sections at the Tamakuku Terrace development to Homes for People.  This will be the largest development yet for Homes for People as we solidify our track record over the last 5 years.

Homes for People will build medium-density housing and initial urban design work has been carried out through renowned urban designer, Urbanism+. This work has suggested Homes for People may be able to build upwards of 50 dwellings across the development.  The homes will be spread across the Tamakuku subdivision to ensure a diversified mix of housing in the development as a whole.

Homes for People is taking expressions of interest for these homes.
